The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

United Methodist Women are a group of women who share a love of mission, specifically to women, children and youth. They join together in meetings to share that love of mission and their love of God and to deepen their knowledge of who God is and who they belong to. Through their shared relationship, they belong to a fellowship of Christian women that is both creative and supportive. Through their participation in mission and the ministries of the church, they learn about mission work and become the hands and feet of Christ in places they may never visit, yet sustain those places through their prayers and their financial assistance.

You are invited to join is as we travel this journey together. If your church does not have a United Methodist Women unit or if you have any questions, please contact me:
